Allocated hours
The default applies to every month. To give a single month more or fewer hours (for example a heavy trade-show month), enter its own amount; leave it blank to use the default. Forecasts, the dashboard, the Year view and hours reports all update.
Hours forecast adjustments
Change how many hours a category takes from a date forward — for example, new articles at 7 hours from April. Every task on or after that date is re-forecast; earlier months keep their numbers. Tasks with their own estimate are not changed.
Markets
Markets (or business lines) split the plan. Turn one on when you start planning for it; it then appears in filters and task forms.
Social media
Categories & default hours
Default hours come from the model (Dream Factory defaults); adjust them to the client’s own hours reports. Turn a category off to take all its tasks out of the calendar and the hours forecast; turn it back on to restore them. Categories that no task uses can be removed.
Recurring plans
Recurring plans create the monthly tasks for a year. Turn one off to pause its tasks (they leave the forecast but are kept). Add one for a market’s content, then build the year.
Trade show promotion rules
Days are counted from the show's first day (or last day for post-show). Weekend dates move to the nearest weekday before (pre-show) or after (post-show).
